Litigation

Born Free USA united with API advocates for animals through litigation. In state and federal courts across the country we seek to protect animals from cruelty and exploitation by enforcing existing animal laws to garner greater protections for animals.

We are involved in numerous animal protection cases across the country, including actions to protect animals in circuses, lynxes from being cruelly trapped, rabbits from being gunned down for eating ornamental shrubbery.
